By far the best hotel we have stayed at during our tour of Italy. Beautifully located at the edge of the Adriatic coast. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The dining room service and staff are courteous and extremely friendly along with the front desk staff. The breakfast buffet topped EVERYTHING we have experienced in the best hotels all around Europe! We would definitely consider staying at this hotel on a future visit. Outstanding!
The room was exceptionally bright and cheery. The staff was very helpful and provided us a safe and secure parking for our bikes. The hotel was within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and a 10% discount was provided through the hotel.
We chose Hotel Bristol for our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we could have made! From start to finish, our experience was incredible. We had planned our honeymoon for a long time, and we had very high expectations and had hyped up the whole thing in our minds. Well, Hotel Bristol went above and beyond. It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located; it's on the main drag, so it was close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. And, you couldn't get closer to the beach if you tried. I think it was a public beach but with a section dedicated solely to Hotel Bristol guests; we had our own umbrella and sun chairs for the duration of our stay (if you stay less than 5 nights, you have to pay for the chairs and umbrella--something like 15 Euro per day). The beach was so much fun, and there was an area to shower off; there was even a playground for our daughter and a bar/cafe to get drinks and snacks. The staff at the beach were very helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a welcome gift of fresh fruit and chocolates in our room which was so thoughtful. The air conditioning actually worked (lots of European hotels advertise AC that doesn't really end up working), and it was so refreshing and cool in our room. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street and our room faced out, we didn't hear a single sound from outside. There were blackout shades in the room that worked so well that we thought we had woken up in the middle of the night, even though the morning was almost over, ha! There was also a mini fridge and a safe. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. My husband said it was the best espresso he's ever had, and he is a coffee snob. I could talk about the breakfast for days; fresh fruit, pastries, donuts, cereals, jams, eggs, bacon, sausages, toasts, etc etc etc. Breakfast highlights include the juicer/smoothie maker (I've never seen that at a breakfast bar before!), REAL eggs in the savory dishes (not the powdered eggs you usually get at hotels), a few new dishes every morning to keep it interesting, and a HUGE table of gluten-free options (I am not gluten-free, but it's the largest selection I've ever seen!). The pool was a lot of fun. The pool bar was essential; it was so nice to be able to order drinks without leaving the pool area, and the staff was quick and efficient, too. The kids' area at the shallow end was completely in the shade of trees in the afternoon which is such smart planning! Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. We had such a positive experience. We will definitely be returning.
There were three of us on our booking and we paid for an upgrade to a suite, we had a fantastic time and I celebrated my birthday by the pool. The staff were lovely and even made me a birthday cake. The staff are friendly and excellent, the drinks were lovely. We had no problems in our stay. The pool bar drinks are a good price and we would love to come again.
This hotel was a godsend in a very difficult situation. My traveling companion was hospitalized Chioggia and Hotel Bristol took first me, and then her in, without an advance reservation. They have been unfailingly kind, helpful and …
Nice location, fantastic breakfast, friendly service. Good prices in low season. Will definitely visit next time. Although room was very-very small and bed was not really comfortable. 1, maybe 2 nights would be ok. But not full week or even business week.
Located perfectly, very good service, nice rooms.
Positive: the rooms are lovely. Clean and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. …
